Explore our website to learn more about our objectives, approaches, expected benefits, and how you can get involved. Together, we can foster a sustainable agricultural future for Ethiopia.
Our Focus
Agroforestry Sustainable Resource Management & Implementation of Agroforestry Practices
Our focus extends to the conservation and sustainable use of natural resources. We are dedicated to mitigating deforestation, land degradation, declining soil fertility through establishing multistory agroforestry systems, implementing sustainable land management practices, and promoting the growth of high-value crops and livestock production.
Urban Agricultural Innovations
Recognizing rural and urban ecosystems’ challenges, we promote appropriate agricultural technologies in cities. We aim to provide alternative sources of income for disadvantaged groups such as women, veterans, and unemployed youth.
Introducing & developing improved farm implement
(Tillage practice) and Efficient Energy Tools.
This will be initiated and promoted to avert the existing inefficient farming practices (Single-ox– plow system) and associated problems of low productivity food insecurity and energy
insufficiency among the target farming communities.
Community Engagement
We uphold a participatory approach in our projects, where communities are empowered in decision-making. We aim to ensure our initiatives are relevant and beneficial to those directly impacted by our work.
